OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Although we pride ourselves in hiring the best of staff and implementing detailed security policies and procedures, with 2 sets of CCTV cameras, offering over 60 CCTV cameras throughout the property, along with on ground NPF officers 24/7 and outsourced professional security services, we also advise guests that all money and valuables that are brought into MUSE Boutique Hotel are at the guest’s sole risk. MUSE Boutique Hotel and management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto. Guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items. 

Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited and attract the following penalty:

  • 1st Offence — N50,000 cleaning fee
  • 2nd Offence — Evictions from room without a refund, plus N50,000 cleaning fee

 

All guests agree to the following:

Notwithstanding any method of payment, I agree that I am personally liable for costs and charges incurred. In the event that any such costs and charges are not paid in full, I confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard is not waived or release in any way.

I consent to the usage of my personal information for any administrative and marketing purposes. The hotel guarantees not to disclose information to third parties or affiliated companies.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% of total amount if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
  • 100% of total amount if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival
  • Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure you receive an acknowledgment of cancellation from reservations, as accommodation not cancelled and confirmed in writing will be charged accordingly.
  • In the event of a non-arrival (“no show”) the first night of all the rooms booked will be charged at the above rates
    Guest rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be released by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Early departure:

  • Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus service charge.
  • The Departure date must be changed no later than check-in to avoid an early departure charge.
